PRODUCTION INFORMATION

After the completion of desired architect models in our factory, the production of all the constructional elements under computer-controlled protects the construction from the mistakes that will affect the structure from labor and production mistakes.

The use of rivets, bolts, nuts and intelligent screws at the panel combination of special profiles at the wall coating and roof panels which produced as galvanized light steel in the system of steel construction- does not decay the chemical feature of the material and it does not have any risk of corrosion even in the most humid regions for many years.

The protection conditions against such as fire, corrosion and storms of the constructions that are produced from light steel are provided comfortably, economically and aesthetically. All the walls are transported as pre-produced in our factory. In this way, the problems due to faulty workmanship are eliminated. The building up is completed perfectly as the workers only do screwing at the construction area.

BUILDING-UP AND CONSTURCION PROCESS

  • The main concrete is made
  • The production of the project is carried out in accordance with static calculations at the factory.
  • The walls are being ready by the building—up workers in order to save time and they are transferred to construction area together with all the required materials.
  • It is delivered as the exterior walls completely finished (exterior walls are pressed with waterfront style, the roof is done shingle, PVC windows, glasses and doors are built) , the interior of the house is isolated, all the installations are installed, plasterboards are applied onto walls- on main concrete.
